Arthur Loke Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. (ALCS) was formed in 2017 to succeed the corporate secretarial services provided by Arthur Loke since the early 1970’s. In 2019 ALCS added intellectual property services to their suite of services.
The two divisions of ALCS are headed by personable, well qualified and experienced persons: Jo Cheah (corporate secretarial) and Lily Hidayat (intellectual property).
